Victor Manuel Plumey, age 78, of Fort Mill SC, passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at White Oak Manor in Rock Hill SC.The family is hosting a memorial service that will be at 2 p.m. on February 24, 2024, at Wolfe Funeral Home. The family will receive friends an hour before the service.Born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, Victor was the son of the late Efrain Plumey and Ana Artigas Plumey. As a retiree from the Broward County School Board System, he found joy in reading the Bible and passionately embraced his faith. Music and family were his passions, as he played guitar, sang, and adored his grandchildren.
