Victor Manuel Plumey, age 78, of Fort Mill SC, passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at White Oak Manor in Rock Hill SC.The family is hosting a memorial service that will be at 2 p.m. on February 24, 2024, at Wolfe Funeral Home. The family will receive friends an hour before the service.Born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, Victor was the son of the late Efrain Plumey and Ana Artigas Plumey. As a retiree from the Broward County School Board System, he found joy in reading the Bible and passionately embraced his faith. Music and family were his passions, as he played guitar, sang, and adored his grandchildren. Despite physical health challenges, his dedication to providing for his family was unwavering, driven by a strong work ethic and a heart full of love.He is survived by his wife, Isabel Plumey; his children, Bernadette (Amrith) Plumey, Javier (Aneesa) Plumey and Omie (Arielle Citrone) Plumey; sibling, Margie Plumey; and grandchildren, Lucas Plumey, Amelia Prabhu, Elias Plumey, Eliana Plumey, Aaron Prabhu, Alexander Plumey and little Ivy Jo.Should family and friends desire, contributions may be sent to: Isabel Plumey 972 Cranberry Circle, Fort Mill, South Carolina, 29715 or donations to Home of Refuge (http://www.homeofrefuge.org/donate/).Condolences: www.wolfefuneralhome.com.
